On-Site Support

Centrally located 15 miles north of Chicago-O’Hare, our service technicians can be anywhere in the continental U.S. within 1 day, and most places worldwide within 2 days (subject to current scheduling – priority is given to customers with service contracts).

With a 48-hour ‘boots-on-the-ground’ guarantee, we give our customers the confidence of knowing that TDI Packsys will be there whenever support is needed.

Remote Support

Every TDI Packsys X-Ray Inspection System comes equipped with an ethernet port for network and internet access. Optional Wi-Fi antennas are also available for wireless environments. Using remote desktop software, our technicians troubleshoot and correct over 90% of issues you may encounter, as well as administer software upgrades. Need help programming a new product? Contact a TDI Packsys service technician to schedule remote assistance.

For our other inspection and packaging equipment, TDI Packsys technicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to offer remote troubleshooting and assistance via telephone, video calls, or email.

Services

After your equipment purchase, return to TDI Packsys for annual calibrations, certifications, and radiation emissions safety reporting. We also offer supplemental training on all aspects of equipment use and maintenance, as well as spare/replacement parts and certified test pieces for calibration and quality checks.

Annual support plans are available, which include bundle pricing, parts discounts, and remote service support hours.
