Applications

For use in monitoring label inspections on non-oriented bottles.

Can inspect for:

• Presence of label
• Integrity of labels (defective bonding, detached label, bent or damaged corners, wrinkles …)
• Superficial defects in the bottle
• Absolute and relative position of the labels, collar, medallion, fiscal seal, etc.
• Inspection of defects in the capsule such as breaks
• Identification and reading of different types of barcodes
• Identification and coding of different types of 2D Codes
• Character reading (expiration date, lot, quantity…)
• Pattern inspection (capacity, family, add…)
• Additional analysis: If necessary, other vision algorithms can be added to perform complementary inspections (level, plug, ruffled…) or even vision tools to control engravings or reliefs.
