EN STD Large-Format VFFS

TDI Packsys has partnered with packaging automation experts IRTA to introduce the EN STD Large-Format VFFS. Born from IRTA’s robust line of smaller-bag VFFS systems, these advanced machines are specially designed for bulk packaging.

Applications

Designed to form-fill-seal pillow-type and flat-bottom bags in a compact, vertical system. Ideal for use in applications such as ice, snacks, nuts, feed, aggregates, and more.

The machine features a large, oval-shaped forming tube that allows it to produce both pillow-pack and flat-bottom pillow-pack bags with high efficiency. The machine’s expanded chassis is capable of holding a longer reel or film, making it possible to manufacture larger bags. This design is perfect for packaging bulk products, offering a reliable solution for companies looking to handle substantial quantities.

Options
